WebinarGen is offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a plan, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees as outlined at webinargen.com • Allow us or our third-party payment processors to store your payment details • Understand that subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date

Trial Period: WebinarGen may offer a 14-day free trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused services, or downgraded accounts, unless required by law.

You may not: • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell the software • Use the service to promote hate, violence, harassment, or illegal activity
